這門課是將人力資源管理結合至第三部門的理論和實務並用課程，所探討的問題乃是從人力資源管理出發，大致可分為以下幾個部分：第一、影響第三部門人力資源管理環境的內外在因素；第二、 如何獲取第三部門有效人力，包括策略性人力資源規劃和員工招募；第三、第三部門人力資源的發展，如人才選用、教育訓練、領導與激勵等；第四、如何改善第三部門的工作環境與勞資關係；第五、第三部門人力資源未來發展趨勢。

This course is a theoretical and practical course that combines human resource management with the third sector. The issues discussed are based on human resource management and can be roughly divided into the following parts: first, the internal and external factors that affect the human resources management environment of the third sector; second, How to obtain effective manpower in the third department, including strategic human resource planning and employee recruitment; third, the development of human resources in the third department, such as talent selection, education and training, leadership and motivation, etc.; fourth, how to improve the working environment and labor relations in the third department; fifth, the future development trend of human resources in the third department.
