地理資訊系統與公共管理、公共政策的連結已愈來廣泛,主要原因在於公共管理與公共政策的內容多數與空間位置有關,空間分析已經是分析公共管理與公共政策的新方法。因此,本課程主要目標是讓學生學會如何運用地理資訊系統進行空間分析與研究工作,並具備有競爭力的資訊能力。
本課程目標有:
1.理解地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS)的重要內涵;
2.建立地理資訊系統的軟體操作能力;
3.具體應用GIS進行公共管理與公共政策研究;
4.建立空間分析的基本能力。
The link between geographical information systems and public management and public policy has become increasingly widespread. The main reason is that the content of public management and public policy is mostly related to the location of space. Space analysis has become a new method to analyze public management and public policy. Therefore, the main purpose of this course is to allow students to use geographic information systems to conduct spatial analysis and research, and to have competitive information capabilities.
The goals of this course are:
1. Understand the important connotation of the Geographic Information System (GIS);
2. Establish the software operation capabilities of the geographical information system;
3. Apply GIS in detail to conduct research on public management and public policy;
4. Establish basic capabilities of space analysis.
