2. 實地觀摩標竿企業生產流程及各項工具應用， 了解工業4.0的智慧製造關鍵技術，並了解德國企業「商業模式」（Business model），包括：目標客層、價值主張、通路、顧客關係、關鍵資源、關鍵活動、關鍵合作夥伴。
