1.參訪德國工業4.0概念核心--運用物聯網(IOT)、 大數據分析服務(Data & Service)、 網實整合系統(Cyber Physical System)等技術與製程之創新標竿企業。
2. 實地觀摩標竿企業生產流程及各項工具應用， 了解工業4.0的智慧製造關鍵技術，並了解德國企業「商業模式」（Business model），包括：目標客層、價值主張、通路、顧客關係、關鍵資源、關鍵活動、關鍵合作夥伴。
3. 東海大學創校初期以博雅教育(Liberal Arts Education)作為基本教育理念。「博雅教育」的理念兼具專業與宏通的教育養成；通才教育的廣博、勞作教育的服務，中英文教育的基本訓練，學以致用的社會服務，榮譽制度的自覺精神、讀書風氣、正確價值觀的品格教育、自由學風、開放情懷等，成為東海的傳統與特色，也是東海人受用一生的寶貴資產。隨著高等教育環境的變遷，東海大學EMBA仍抱持質量並重的「博雅教育」教育理念，但在特色與大學部或一班碩士班不同。EMBA是中小企業負責人或中高階主管之回流教育，是重拾書本回學校上課。在課程安排上除了產業專業知識外，仍延續東海的創校博雅教育理念， 藉由海外企業參訪行程，讓學生體驗德國文化與德國企業經營之精神。

Really observe the production process of motorcycle rod enterprises and the application of various tooling, understand the smart manufacturing key technologies of Industry 4.0, and understand the "Business model" of German enterprises, including: target customer layer, value initiatives, channels, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, and key partners.
3. In the early days of the founding of Donghai University, Liberal Arts Education was used as the basic educational philosophy. The concept of "Boya Education" has both professional and comprehensive education; the broad-mindedness of general education, the service of education, the basic training of Chinese and English education, the social service that has been applied, the self-consciousness of the honor system, the style of reading, the correct value-based character education, free learning style, and openness, etc. have become the tradition and characteristics of Donghai, and it is also the treasured asset that people in Donghai have enjoyed their lives.
