進入二十一世紀後,數位科技日新月異,大數據分析、雲端運算、物聯網等所引發在營運、產品服務、商業模式的破壞性創新,對於傳統產業的經營管理已造成衝擊。這兩年來人工智慧的應用蔚為風潮,預期又將巔覆許多傳統產業的經營管理模式。
面對這波數位科技與人工智慧應用的發展,勢將對臺灣產業整體供應鏈、生產模式及未來產業的競爭力,帶來極大的衝擊。面臨此一重大挑戰,產業需要掌握數位科技帶來的破壞性的創新,積極地進行轉型,以因應這波因科技創新造成的新經濟與商業模式創新之風潮。
本課程以企業經理人角度,探討既有企業(established enterprises)如何因應數位時代來臨,善加利用互聯網、物聯網、雲端運算、大數據、人工智慧等數位科技,進行本身策略的更新與轉型,以創造新的產品或服務、營運流程、或商業模式。課程設計將分為趨勢與觀念的啓發、數位轉型方法論、及產業實作專案等三部分:
趨勢與觀念的啓發
透過觀念講授及實案分析,讓學員瞭解數位科技與人工智慧應用如何創新企業的營運與商業模式出發。
數位轉型方法論
在方法論與工具上,介紹既有企業如何重新審視與分析數位時代的市場顧客環境、競爭環境,重新定義或創造新的顧客策略、競爭策略與價值主張,並發展企業的數據策略,應用數據資產進行產品/服務、營運流程或商業模式的轉型與創新。
產業實作專案
在產業實作專案上,本課程將要求學員以本身產業為例,吸引應用上述觀念及方法論,提出數位轉型與創新的可行策略方案。
本課程將讓修課學員:
1. 瞭解數位科技的應用如何創造新的產品/服務、營運流程、及商業模式。
2. 知道數位轉型與創新的內外部環境分析與策略擬定方法。
3. 瞭解企業內部進豳數位轉型的步驟流程。
4. 熟悉既有企業在組織上如何調整與變革,以實踐數位轉型與創新策略。
5. 實際研擬企業的數位轉型與創新之策略方案。After entering the 21st century, digital technology has been changing rapidly. The disruptive innovations in operation, product services, and business models caused by large-scale data analysis, cloud computing, and Internet have caused shocks to the management of traditional industries. In the past two years, the application of artificial intelligence has become a trend, and it is expected to cover the management model of many traditional industries.
Faced with the development of this wave of digital technology and artificial intelligence applications, it will bring great impact on the overall supply chain, production model and future industry competition in Taiwan's industry. Faced with this major challenge, industries need to master the destructive innovation brought by digital technology and actively transform to meet the new economic and business model innovation trend caused by technological innovation.
From the perspective of an enterprise manager, this course explores how established enterprises can adapt to the digital era and make good use of digital technologies such as Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, large data, artificial intelligence, etc. to update and transform their own strategies to create new products or services, operation processes, or business models. Course design is divided into three parts: trend and concept development, digital transformation method discussion, and industry practice project:
Trends and Concepts
Through conceptual teaching and case analysis, students can understand how digital technology and artificial intelligence applications can innovate the development of enterprise operation and business models.
Digital transformation method discussion
In terms of methodology and tools, it introduces how existing enterprises can re-evaluate and analyze the market customer environment and competition environment of the digital era, redefine or create new customer strategies, competition strategies and value initiatives, and develop the enterprise's data strategies, and apply data assets to transform and innovate products/services, operation processes or business models.
Industry project
In terms of industry practice projects, this course will require students to use their own industry as an example to attract and apply the above concepts and methodological discussions and propose feasible strategic solutions for digital transformation and innovation.
This course will allow students to:
1. Understand how digital technology applications create new products/services, operation processes, and business models.
2. Know digital transformation and innovative internal and external environment analysis and strategy determination methods.
3. Understand the steps and processes of digital transformation of the enterprise within the enterprise.
4. Be familiar with how existing enterprises adjust and change their organizations to implement digital transformation and innovation strategies.
5. Integrate the strategic plans for digital transformation and innovation of enterprises.
