教育目標 Course Target
某些企業忙著拼產能、拼市場、拼績效、拼股價，卻忽略了「誰是接班人？」不知如何發掘、培養、打造「可持續接班梯隊」。本課程分別從理論與實務，並參考聖經及其他經典，歸納傳承與接班模式，以確保企業的永續經營。
Some companies are busy striving for production, market, performance, and stock prices, and ignore "who is the successor?" and don't know how to explore, cultivate, and build a "sustainable successor team." This course is divided into theoretical and practical, and refers to the saints and other classics, and adopts inheritance and succession models to ensure the continuous operation of the enterprise.
