教育目標 Course Target
某些企業忙著拼產能、拼市場、拼績效、拼股價，卻忽略了「誰是接班人？」不知如何發掘、培養、打造「可持續接班梯隊」。本課程分別從理論與實務，並參考聖經及其他經典，歸納傳承與接班模式，以確保企業的永續經營。
Some companies are busy competing for production capacity, market, performance, and stock price, but they have ignored "Who is the successor?" They do not know how to discover, cultivate, and build a "sustainable succession team." From theory and practice, and with reference to the Bible and other classics, this course summarizes the inheritance and succession model to ensure the sustainable operation of the enterprise.
