1. 藉由學生親身體驗企業的實際運作，學習企業管理實務。

3. 讓學生取得全職的企業實際工作經驗，培養實務工作技能。
4. 培養學生理論與實務結合之能力，並能實際運用在工作上。

本課程為企業實習之課程。修課同學需經過學系的資格審查，及實習企業的甄選錄取，始能修習本課程。在實習過程中，除了接受任課教師的輔導與監督之外，實習企業也會指派一名業師在工作的職位進行指導。實習生需依照業師指導，在企業實際工作，藉由實作來學習工作的態度、技能及實務上的專業知識。

This course is a course for enterprise practice. Students in the course need to go through the qualification review of the department and the selection of the enterprise before they can take the course.
