企業管理專題研討(一)、(二)、(三)、(四)開設在企管系碩士班碩一及碩二的上下學期，每學期1學分。本系列課程希望藉由專題研討方式增進MBA學生對於當前產業發展趨勢、最新管理理論與研究方向、及管理技能與實務有深入的認識與瞭解，培養其對於產業趨勢與管理實務的掌握能力，深化其對於企業問題的分析與研究能力，以培訓未來企業經理人應具備的核心專業能力。

Seminars on business management (1), (2), (3), and (4) are offered in the first and second semesters of the Master's program in the Department of Business Administration, with 1 credit each semester. This series of courses hopes to enhance MBA students' in-depth knowledge and understanding of current industry development trends, the latest management theories and research directions, and management skills and practices through special seminars, cultivate their ability to master industry trends and management practices, deepen their analysis and research capabilities for corporate issues, and train the core professional capabilities that future corporate managers should possess.

本專題研討系列課程之研討教材與實務，授課老師將於上課前提供或指定閱讀書籍與期刊，包括：專題演講者的講義、國內外學術期刊論文、國內外財金管理專業報刊、管理個案及授課老師自行開發之教材等。每學期研討之主題將依當前產業發展與管理理論及實務趨勢進行設計，而略有不同。

For the seminar materials and practices of this series of special seminar courses, the instructor will provide or designate reading books and journals before class, including: lecture notes by thematic speakers, domestic and foreign academic journal articles, domestic and foreign financial management professional newspapers, management cases, and teaching materials developed by the instructor, etc. The topics discussed each semester will be designed based on current industrial development and management theory and practical trends, and will be slightly different.
