探討專案在規劃及執行時應考量之議題,如工作分解結構,風險評量,本課程以完整的專案流程與生命週期作為授課依據,使學生對專案管理有基本了解,並能將專案管理知識應用於所屬工作領域Explore the issues that should be considered during planning and execution of projects, such as work decomposition structure and risk evaluation. This course uses a complete project process and life cycle as the teaching basis, so that students have a basic understanding of project management and can apply project management knowledge to the work area they belong to.
