下水道建設除可提升生活環境品質外，也影響著國家形象及國際競爭力。是故，期由本課程的講授及設計和實務操練積極培訓技術人才，以配合推動污水下水道管渠建設，提升普及率。以管渠水力學的觀點出發，闡述雨、污水下水道規劃及設計的基本原理；並由實務設計的案例，使學生兼具理論學習與實務應用。In addition to improving the quality of the living environment, sewer construction also affects the national image and international competition. Therefore, the course will be taught and trained technical talents in this course to cooperate in promoting the construction of sewage sewage pipes and channels to increase the popularity rate. Developed from the perspective of pipe channel hydraulics, we describe the basic principles of rain and sewage sewer planning and design; and through practical design cases, students can combine theoretical learning and practical applications.
在和緩氣候變遷與符合水資源永續利用之全球性環境保護原則下，下水道（包括：雨水及污水下水道）建設，儼然成為增進都市降雨之滲透、貯留，以減緩洪峰，並緩和都市熱島化和增加旱天地下水滲出，以補注河川流量；以及預防生活環境品質惡劣，河川水體污染嚴重，影響國際形象及國家競爭力等之現代化都市公共建設之一。本課程為因應此時代性之環保潮流，訓練學生從事下水道系統調查、評估、規劃、設計、建置與操作維護管理的觀念及能力，以期學以致用、貢獻本質學能加速下水道建設之腳步。
Under the principle of global environmental protection that is changing climate and conforms to the continuous utilization of water resources, sewers (including rainwater and sewage sewers) have been built to increase the penetration and retention of urban rainfall, to reduce flood peaks, and to improve urban hot islands and increase groundwater outflow in drought to supplement river flow; as well as preventing the quality of the living environment, severe pollution of river water, affecting the international image and national competition, etc. In response to the environmental protection trend of this era, this course trains students in sewer system survey, evaluation, planning, design, construction and operation maintenance management, in order to apply and pay the basics to accelerate the pace of sewer construction.
