Biomedical Data Analysis II

教育目標 Course Target

本課程將藉由引領學生閱讀醫學論文，瞭解論文架構並引伸出其中研究設計與資料分析之元素。再借由3大主題資料庫，健保資料庫、醫學臨床資料庫、臺灣人體生物資料庫等以實例題目為應用，以SAS、SPSS、R等軟體實際教學操作分析。期達到獨立分析之能力。

This course will lead students to read medical papers, understand the framework of the paper and extend the elements of research design and data analysis. Then, through three major theme databases, health care databases, medical clinical databases, Taiwanese human biological databases, etc., we use example topics as applications, and use SAS, SPSS, R and other software actual teaching operations analysis. Achieve independent analysis capabilities in the future.
