教育目標 Course Target

1.引導學生瞭解生產/作業計劃與管制核心問題之思考與系統化規劃流程規劃方法。瞭解企業生產/作業計劃與管制之規劃目的與管制、競爭策略選擇。
2.提供學生於生產/作業計劃與管制之相關規劃方法。培養學生從事生產/作業計劃與管制工作之技能及專業之技術。

1. Guide students to understand the thinking and systematic planning process planning methods of core issues of production/operation planning and control. Understand the planning objectives and control and competition strategy selection of enterprise production/operation planning and control.
2. Provide students with relevant planning methods for production/operation planning and control. Cultivate students' skills and professional skills in production/operation planning and control work.
