本課程以醫藥生技創新創業為主題，利用學校老師的研發成果建立學生創業團隊，通過業師及老師的輔導，完成創業企劃書，參加校內比賽，推選三組代表東海大學參加全國創業比賽。

規劃跨領域核心課程，傳授生技產業經營與管理之理論與實務經驗
舉辦媒合會加強業界與學研界的合作
