課程內涵著重在探討質譜儀的操作原理及應用實例。將介紹質譜儀的離子化方法、質量分析器構造、化學結構鑑定方式以及各種常用的質譜掃描模式;研讀具代表性的期刊論文,使學生能夠能獲得完整、實用的質譜知識,學習質譜儀在醫藥、生化、分析及環境工程等領域的應用。The course content focuses on exploring the operating principles and application examples of quality makers. The ionization method of quality analyzer, the structure of quality analyzer, the chemical structure predication method, and various commonly used quality scanning modes will be introduced; the representative journal articles can enable students to obtain complete and practical quality knowledge and learn the application of quality analyzers in the fields of medicine, biochemistry, analysis and environmental engineering.
