韓非是集法家思想(法、勢、術)大成，《韓非子》一書是研究法家思想與先秦思想相當重的典籍。本課程以「權力哲學」為切入點，帶領學生深入《韓非子》文本，分析與討論韓非有關全力來源、見構及其衍生的相關問題，並進一步討論其對當代的價值。通過課程，除鍛練學生研讀原典之能力，並能把握涵非思想的途徑與學說之要點，從而能為進一步研究奠立基礎。

Han Fei is a culmination of Legalist thoughts (Dharma, Power, and Techniques). The book "Han Feizi" is a very important classic for studying Legalist thoughts and Pre-Qin thoughts. This course takes "Philosophy of Power" as the entry point, leading students to delve into the text of "Han Feizi", analyze and discuss Han Fei's related issues about the source, construction and derivatives of his power, and further discuss its value to contemporary times. Through the course, students not only develop their ability to study original texts, but also master the key points of Han Fei’s thoughts and theories, thereby laying the foundation for further research.
