金融管理是指組織和指揮人們按照金融活動規律對以銀行為中心的貨幣流通和信貸活動進行計劃，監督和協調的全過程。行銷管理是企業商品、服務與概念的生產、定價、促銷與配送過程的規劃與執行，以便與目標顧客交換，來滿足顧客需求，創造利潤的過程。然而未能有機會接受系統化訓練的同學往往對於金融和行銷管理有一定的誤解，錯把可見的金融、銷售活動當成管理的全貌。其實，金融與行銷相關活動皆具有一定的基本流程，實行的過程中，也需要元化的能力。所以本課旨在提前在高中階段讓同學了解金融與行銷的基本概念，除了基礎知識上的增長外，也希望藉由本課程對於高中同學的生涯規劃讓有明顯之助益。
