教育目標 Course Target

本課程為營造東海大學與東別三里(新東里、新庄里、東海里)的共生機制,切身關懷、瞭解與解決東別三里長期亟待解決議題之實踐操作課程,並且結合食農教育體驗,深化社區經營,朝向文化永續發展,帶給東海師生及周邊居民良善學習空間與生活環境。 本課程將東海師生能量釋放於社區,透過教師引導,學生親身調研、紀錄、自媒體的宣傳,實踐服務學習的目標,並以培育東別三里生活圈之社區共生共榮意識。在操作方式上,將以講習培力訓練,以組成學生團隊協力操作方式,深入了解社區,彙整資訊,整頓社區議題。並且運用食農教育方式,體驗從農場到餐桌的教學,接觸當地的人、文、地、產、景等各個方面,營造新社群關係。 再者,成立社區報、紀錄影像之成果,來發掘凝聚社區意識。並企圖訓練學生,將公共政策研究與社區居民特性分析集結為政策論述,經由舉辦公私部門聯合研習、社區公共論壇(公聽會)或參與社區活動,掌握公私部門的施政方向及東別三里居民及學校之力量,著手推動立法或公權力施政,以民主政治的陳情、遊說等公民政治參與作為方法,落實監督、課責,以期政策改變,創造東別三里之社區優化,改善、共創東海與東別三里雙贏。This course is to build a symbiotic mechanism between Donghai University and Dongfa Sanli (Xindongli, Xinzhuangli, Donghaili). We will focus on, understand and solve the practical operation courses that need to be solved in the long term. We will combine food and agricultural education experience, deepen community management, and develop towards the continuous development of culture, bringing good learning space and living environment to the students of Donghai and the surrounding residents. This course will release the students' energy from Donghai to the community. Through the guidance of teachers, students' personal research, recording, and publicity of self-media, and implement the goal of serving learning, and cultivate the community's symbiosis and commendation awareness of the community in the Dongbei Sanli living circle. In terms of operation methods, we will train our training and form a student team to work together to gain an in-depth understanding of the community, summarize information, and organize community issues. In addition, we use food and agricultural education methods to experience teaching from farm to dining table, and contact local people, culture, land, industry, landscape and other aspects to create new community relations. Furthermore, establish a community report and record the results of the image to explore and gather community awareness. And plan to train students, integrate public policy research and analysis of community residents' characteristics into policy statements, through joint research between the public and private departments, community public forums (public hearings) or participation in community activities, to grasp the governance direction of the public and private departments, as well as the residents of the East Sanli and The school's power is to promote legislation or public power to govern, take the civil political participation and action methods of democratic politics, implement supervision and coursework, in order to change policies, create community optimization in Donghai and Dongsanli, and improve and jointly create Donghai and Dongsanli.
