台灣已經將「地方創生」訂定為重大國家策略以解決人口結構在量在質上的危機。為學
生能在地方有效執行創生策略,協助國內外社區建立可永續發展之商業模式,使年輕人可
以深耕地方,繁榮地方並吸引人口回流,本課程將藉由建構學生地方創知能,並在訓練及
實習場域中培養實務經驗及實作能力來產出具以及國際觀之地方創生跨領域人才。
課程具體目標為讓學生具有在社區推動及執行可獲利的商業運轉模式之下列規劃及執行
能力﹕
1. 了解地方,資源盤點及把握市場需求脈動之能力。
2. 協助在地社區將人文地產景特色加以商品化之能力。
3. 整合地方及中央產官學相關資源之能力。
在執行上,將有下列具體措施﹕
1. 由授課老師藉由課堂講述來建構學生各層面之背景知識,並邀請相關領域教師就特定
專題進行分享。
2. 於校內之實踐場域讓學生在教師及業師之指導下進行課堂知識之實作體驗並培養實戰
經驗。
3. 和國內外相關單位進行合作,使學生藉由校外實習在地方創生之最前線進行實務之磨
練。
本課程希望藉由提供學生地方創生的多元背景知識並建構其在校內外場域之實務經驗,
