Diversity and Application of Fungi
教育目標 Course Target
1. 真菌界與我們所熟知的動物、植物或其他微生物大不相同，有獨樹一幟的生命形式與生態功能。課程深入淺出介紹各類真菌與生態。
2. 真菌應用在經典釀造與生物科技，課程介紹其生物學與應用。
3. 因為對真菌學的基礎知識認識與科學素養不足，勢將影響認知與判斷能力，容易因網路訊息或廣告宣傳的誤導造成誤解與知識的濫用，其影響深遠。本課程希望普及真菌學的正確知識。
1. The fungal world is very different from animals, plants or other microorganisms we are familiar with, and has a unique life form and ecological function. The course provides an in-depth and detailed introduction to various types of fungi and ecology.
2. Fungi are used in classical manufacturing and biotechnology, and the course introduces its biology and application.
3. Because of insufficient basic knowledge and scientific nutrition in fungi, it will affect the ability to recognize and judge, and it is easy to cause misunderstanding and knowledge due to the misdirection of online messages or advertising, which has a profound impact. This course hopes to popularize the correct knowledge of fungi.
