電影是一門跨領域的藝術，與文學的關係尤為密切。故事與影像的結合可謂中文系學生值得學習及發展的方向。近三十年來華語電影迭出佳作，不論在題材內容或是藝術手法皆堪稱上乘。本課程冀望藉由當代華語電影的賞析，輔以傑出導演的介紹，使學生認識並瞭解當代華語電影的概況與藝術性，進而拓展電影與文學的視野，培養電影藝術的興趣與能力。

Film is an interdisciplinary art, and it is particularly closely related to literature. The combination of stories and images can be said to be a worthwhile learning and development direction for Chinese language students. In the past thirty years, Chinese-language films have produced excellent films one after another, which are all excellent in terms of subject matter and content as well as artistic techniques. This course hopes that through the appreciation of contemporary Chinese films, supplemented by the introduction of outstanding directors, students will be able to recognize and understand the overview and artistry of contemporary Chinese films, thereby expanding their horizons in film and literature, and cultivating their interests and abilities in film art.
