台灣以國際貿易作為經濟發展重心之國家，國際貿易最為重要之運送方式極為海運。有關海運之最重要法律即為海商法。期待修課同學得以瞭解我國海商法之規定，並對相關國際公約加以瞭解，將來從事法律相關工作得對於此類案件為妥適之因應。Taiwan regards international trade as the country that focuses on economic development, and the most important delivery method of international trade is most important. The most important law regarding maritime transportation is the maritime business law. I hope that students in the course can understand the provisions of our Maritime Law and understand the relevant international agreements, so as to respond to legal-related work as appropriate for such cases.
