台灣以國際貿易作為經濟發展重心之國家，國際貿易最為重要之運送方式極為海運。有關海運之最重要法律即為海商法。期待修課同學得以瞭解我國海商法之規定，並對相關國際公約加以瞭解，將來從事法律相關工作得對於此類案件為妥適之因應。

Taiwan is a country with international trade as the focus of its economic development. The most important transportation method for international trade is shipping. The most important law regarding maritime transport is maritime law. It is hoped that students taking this course will be able to understand the provisions of my country's maritime law and relevant international conventions, so that they can appropriately respond to such cases when engaging in legal work in the future.

臺灣為貿易出口為導向的國家，海運是重要的發展基礎，本課程內容由海上企業組織、海上企業活動、海上事故及海上企業金融討論船舶所有人、運送人、托運人及第三人間運送契約或海上事故的責任歸屬，為未來從事海運法務相關工作者所必需。

The content of this course covers maritime enterprise organizations, maritime enterprise activities, maritime accidents, and maritime enterprise finance. It discusses the responsibility of ship owners, carriers, shippers, and third parties in transportation contracts or maritime accidents. It is necessary for future practitioners engaged in maritime legal affairs.
