自由競爭的市場秩序一般被認為最能保障消費者利益，公平交易法即是我國法上為維護自由競爭市場秩序所定之法律規範。向來多受到美國法的影響，以「反托拉斯法（Antitrust Law）」稱呼之，但隨著歐盟競爭法的發展日益進步，目前世界上多以「競爭法（Competition Law）」之概念稱呼此種法律規範。在本課程中，將會帶領同學一同認識我國公平交易法之概念，並就公平交易法所禁止之限制競爭與不公平競爭之行為進行說明。希望同學能藉由公平法交易法的學習，掌握競爭法的基本原理原則。

The market order of free competition is generally considered to best protect the interests of consumers. The Fair Trade Law is the legal norm established in our country to maintain the market order of free competition. It has always been mostly influenced by American law and is called "Antitrust Law". However, with the increasing development of EU competition law, this legal norm is now mostly called "Competition Law" around the world. In this course, students will be led to understand the concept of my country's fair trade law, and the behaviors that restrict competition and unfair competition prohibited by the fair trade law will be explained. It is hoped that students can master the basic principles and principles of competition law through the study of fair transaction law.
