教育目標 Course Target
刑事制裁長期以來在教學上不受到重視，文獻的探討上亦不如犯罪論汗牛充棟，屬學術 上的死角。然而，刑事制裁係在完成刑事訴訟程序之後的最後階段，也是國家實現具體刑罰 權的表徵，關係到刑罰成效，不可不謂重要。
Criminal sanctions have not been valued in teaching for a long time, and literature exploration is not as good as criminal sanctions, a blind spot in academic practice. However, criminal sanctions are the last stage after completing the criminal complaint process and are also a sign of the country's specific criminal rights. It is important to relate to the effectiveness of criminal punishment.
