In order to prepare our students to compete and possess the ability to practice in international law, this course is designed to conduct in English and focuses on several aspects: legal issues spotting, rule and regulation research and analysis, legal reasoning and legal writing, presentation and creative problem solving. Through intense discussions and debates, we expect to enhance and polish our students' skills in listening, presenting, reading, writing and analyzing the legal materials and issues in English. By taking the opportunity of participating Jessup international moot court competition, students can also have a simulative international court experience which can serve a great foundation for their later legal career.
