社會工作價值與倫理是社會工作的根基，也是社會工作從業人員知能與態度的基礎，其帶領社會工作的專業發展，也指引社會工作的實務操作。本課程希望協助同學建立社會工作價值與倫理的基礎知識，並從日常生活及務案例理解及澄清行動背後的價值思考與判斷，以及其所可能帶出的後果，進而釐清社會工作作為一種倫理的行動，其所應思考的面向。本課程的內容包含：一、社會工作的價值與行動。二、倫理學基本概念的介紹：目的論、義務論、德性論。三、社會工作專業倫理。四、社會工作倫理兩難與抉擇。希望藉由這樣的授課內容，增進同學對社會工作價值與個人價值如何影響專業服務過程，並能了解專業倫理之意涵和運用倫理原則處理倫理困境，以更符合社會工作倫理守則提供專業服務。

Social work values ​​and ethics are the foundation of social work and the basis of the knowledge and attitudes of social work practitioners. They lead the professional development of social work and guide the practical operation of social work. This course hopes to help students establish basic knowledge of social work values ​​and ethics, and to understand and clarify the value thinking and judgment behind actions from daily life and business cases, as well as its possible consequences, and then clarify the aspects of social work as an ethical action that should be considered.
