教育目標 Course Target

本課程是採20人為一組之小班制教學,藉由多樣化之課程設計,強調密集之演練與討論,以協助學生進行社會工作理念與技巧之整合。內容包含發展同學自我覺知的能力,培養敏銳的觀察力,及練習基本助人技巧。藉由小組演練、影片分析、文本閱讀、機構參訪及相關議題之討論,了解服務對象的困境與心理歷程,並增進對社會現象之理解與關懷。同時,課程目的亦協助學生為接續暑期機構全時實習(實習二)做妥善地準備。 課程將分前後兩學期,前一學期側重(一)個別會談助人技巧演練與討論、機構參訪了解實務現場;後一學期則著重(二)團體會談助人技巧演練與討論、實習領域文本研讀。 This course is a small class teaching of 20 people. Through a variety of course design, it emphasizes intensive training and discussion to help students integrate social work concepts and skills. The content includes developing the ability of students to understand themselves, cultivating sensitive observation, and practicing basic helpful skills. Through group practice, video analysis, text reading, institutional visits and discussions on related topics, we understand the dilemma and psychological course of service objects, and increase our understanding and concern about social phenomena. At the same time, the purpose of the course also helps students make proper preparations for the full-time practical (Practice II) of the summer institutions. The course will be divided into two sessions before and after. The previous session will focus on (1) individual meetings to discuss skills and discussions, and institutions will visit to understand the actual situation; the next session will focus on (2) group meetings to discuss skills and discussions, and practical text study.

1.增進學生對社會的瞭解與關懷。 2.發展學生自我覺知能力,促進自我認識。 3.引導學生具備瞭解社會福利機構與社會工作實務的初步能力。 4.培養學生基本助人技巧。 5.協助學生選擇適合自己的實習機構,為機構實習作好準備。
