教育目標 Course Target
本課程是採20人為一組之小班制教學,藉由多樣化之課程設計,強調密集之演練與討論,以協助學生進行社會工作理念與技巧之整合。內容包含發展同學自我覺知的能力,培養敏銳的觀察力,及練習基本助人技巧。藉由小組演練、影片分析、文本閱讀、機構參訪及相關議題之討論,了解服務對象的困境與心理歷程,並增進對社會現象之理解與關懷。同時,課程目的亦協助學生為接續暑期機構全時實習(實習二)做妥善地準備。
課程將分前後兩學期,前一學期側重(一)個別會談助人技巧演練與討論、機構參訪了解實務現場;後一學期則著重(二)團體會談助人技巧演練與討論、實習領域文本研讀。
This course is taught in a small class of 20 people. It uses a diverse curriculum design and emphasizes intensive practice and discussion to help students integrate social work concepts and techniques. The content includes developing students' self-awareness, cultivating keen observation skills, and practicing basic helping skills. Through group exercises, video analysis, text reading, institutional visits and discussions on related issues, we can understand the plight and psychological process of service recipients and enhance our understanding and care for social phenomena. At the same time, the purpose of the course is also to help students prepare properly for their full-time summer institutional internship (Internship 2).
The course will be divided into two semesters. The first semester focuses on (1) practice and discussion of individual interviewing and helping skills, and institutional visits to learn about practical sites; the latter semester focuses on (2) practice and discussion of group interviewing and helping skills, and the study of texts in the field of internship.

4.培養學生基本助人技巧。
5.協助學生選擇適合自己的實習機構,為機構實習作好準備。
