Social Case Work

教育目標 Course Target

(一)目標:透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案工作有概括性的了,本學期課程特別著重於個案工作實務的流程,學生能了解完整的個案工作處遇過程。
(二)內涵:本學期課程著重在兩個面向,第一是傳遞有關個案工作的基礎知識、相關價值倫理原則與專業關係建立等概念,第二是熟悉有關個案工作的各項技巧,從接案、收集資料、預估、擬定計畫、介入、資源連結、家系圖與生態圖繪製等內容。

(1) Objectives: Through each unit of the course, we have a general understanding of social case work. This semester’s course focuses particularly on the practical process of case work, so that students can understand the complete case work process.
(2) Connotation: This semester’s course focuses on two aspects. The first is to convey basic knowledge about case work, relevant values ​​and ethical principles, and concepts such as establishing professional relationships. The second is to familiarize yourself with various skills related to case work, including receiving cases, collecting information, estimating, formulating plans, intervention, resource linking, drawing family diagrams and ecological diagrams, etc.

課程概述 Course Description

本課程的主要目標是透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案工作的概念與實務有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於教授個案工作的流程,包括接案、收集資料、預估、處遇、評估、結案、個案記錄撰寫、與專業關係的建立等的概念與實務操作,並讓同學從各種不同案例中,練習實務技巧的運用,期望同學能學習一個個案完整的處理過程。

The main objective of this course is to gain a general understanding of the concepts and practices of social casework through each unit of the course. This semester's course particularly focuses on teaching the process of case work, including concepts and practical operations such as receiving cases, collecting information, estimating, handling, evaluating, closing cases, writing case records, and establishing professional relationships. It also allows students to practice the use of practical skills from a variety of different cases. It is expected that students can learn the complete handling process of a case.
