1939 - 社會組織 Social Organization


教育目標 Course Target

這堂課的課名,既然是社會組織,不是組織社會學。因此,我不會介紹各種組織的理論(好啦!多少還是會碰到一點~),也不會帶各位離開學校走走晃晃。對我而言,這是一個挑戰,畢竟,社會生態、活動及其組織是千千萬萬種,非常的多元。舉例而言,婚姻、家庭、文化、宗教、醫療、教育、工作、經濟、政治、國家……等等。每個面向都有其特定的活動與組織,組織內的管理、運作具有相當大的差異,更遑論組織與組織之間的互動,組織與非同類組織的合作等等。事實上,要如何能夠在一學期內讓各位知道這些課題,可以說是Mission: Impossible。因此,我授課的重點會放在「社會生活的各類活動是在什麼樣的基礎結構上進行的?」這樣一個大哉問之上。我們不必然要了解每種組織運作的情況,但是我們可以掌握組織內部幾個關鍵的元素,以及以組織設立目標為出發的運作邏輯,我的目標是希望各位上完課之後能具備一套獨特的分析方式與視野,讓自己在未來所處的組織裡面更顯得自己特有的價值。身為社會系的學生,最重要的也莫過,了解社會的脈動,展現自己的價值,如此而爾。Since the class name is a social organization, not a social organization. Therefore, I will not introduce theories of various organizations (Okay! I will still encounter some of them~), nor will I take you out of school and walk around. For me, this is a challenge. After all, social ecology, activities and their organizations are thousands of and very diverse. For example, marriage, family, culture, religion, medicine, education, work, economy, politics, country... and so on. Each orientation has its own specific activities and organizations. There are considerable differences in management and operations within the organization, not to mention the interaction between organizations, cooperation between organizations and organizations, and so on. In fact, how can you know these topics in a single period? It can be said that it is Mission: Impossible. Therefore, the focus of my teaching is on "What kind of basic structure are the activities of social life carried out?" We don't have to understand the situation of each organization's operation, but we can master several key elements within the organization and the operation logic developed by the organization setting goals. My goal is to hope that after you finish the course, you can have a unique analysis method and vision, so that you can gain more unique value in the organization you are in the future. As a student in the social department, the most important thing is not to understand the social movements and show your own value.

10 出席分數以扣分計算,曠課一次扣 5 分,扣分無上限。 在課程當中將不定時、隨機點名,點名未到但有請假者,以請假視之; 點名未到且未按照規定請假者,以曠課視之。請假請一律寫信告知授課 教師,不接受其他管道請假。
分組導讀分組導讀
Sub-group guidance
15 預計將全班分成 9 組,每組以 5~6 人為限。每組皆 須負責一次導讀且帶領討論的工作。每週上課,前面兩節同學們需要以 口頭報告的方式呈現導讀文本內容,呈現方式不限,請同學多多發揮創 意。老師會在小組導讀中適時穿插,引領同學。另外,當週負責小組也 需要準備 2~3 個開放式問題,在第三節帶領全班小組一起討論。

25 小組除了課程導讀與提問之外,須在期末進行小組報告。報告主題請選定一個社會時事或組織案例的事件進行分析、分享, 期中須包括對主題的介紹、提出想法或困難、他們如何解決(或是你們 認為的解決方案)。這份報告可以結合、善用你們過去所學到的理論和 研究技巧,讓報告更精彩。除了口頭報告外,也請於期末考周繳交紙本。
電影解析電影解析
Movie analysis
10 整學期共有兩次的電影解析課程,每次的電影解析 都有授課教師想要帶出主題的討論。依照每次討論的情況給予小組相對 應的分數。
