這堂課的課名，既然是社會組織，不是組織社會學。因此，我不會介紹各種組織的理論（好啦！多少還是會碰到一點～），也不會帶各位離開學校走走晃晃。對我而言，這是一個挑戰，畢竟，社會生態、活動及其組織是千千萬萬種，非常的多元。舉例而言，婚姻、家庭、文化、宗教、醫療、教育、工作、經濟、政治、國家……等等。每個面向都有其特定的活動與組織，組織內的管理、運作具有相當大的差異，更遑論組織與組織之間的互動，組織與非同類組織的合作等等。事實上，要如何能夠在一學期內讓各位知道這些課題，可以說是Mission: Impossible。因此，我授課的重點會放在「社會生活的各類活動是在什麼樣的基礎結構上進行的？」這樣一個大哉問之上。我們不必然要了解每種組織運作的情況，但是我們可以掌握組織內部幾個關鍵的元素，以及以組織設立目標為出發的運作邏輯，我的目標是希望各位上完課之後能具備一套獨特的分析方式與視野，讓自己在未來所處的組織裡面更顯得自己特有的價值。身為社會系的學生，最重要的也莫過，了解社會的脈動，展現自己的價值，如此而爾。

Since the title of this class is social organization, it is not organizational sociology. Therefore, I will not introduce the theories of various organizations (ok! I will still encounter a little bit ~), nor will I take you out of the school for a walk. For me, this is a challenge. After all, there are thousands of social ecologies, activities and organizations, and they are very diverse. For example, marriage, family, culture, religion, medical care, education, work, economy, politics, country...etc. Each aspect has its specific activities and organizations, and the management and operations within the organization are quite different, not to mention the interaction between organizations, the cooperation between organizations and non-similar organizations, etc. In fact, how to let everyone know about these topics in one semester can be said to be Mission: Impossible. Therefore, the focus of my teaching will be on the big question "What kind of infrastructure are carried out on various activities in social life?" We do not necessarily need to understand the operation of each organization, but we can master several key elements within the organization, as well as the operational logic based on the organization's goals. My goal is to hope that after completing the course, you will have a unique analysis method and vision, so that you will have more unique value in the organization you will be in in the future. As a sociology student, the most important thing is to understand the pulse of society and show your own value, that's all.
