本課程主要目的如下：一，使同學們瞭解地方自治、地方行政與立法組織、地方政治的基本概念及實務運作；二，透過個案討論，培養學生對於地方政府、地方自治相關議題的基本分析能力。三，協助同學們為未來高普考試取得高分作準備。The main purpose of this course is as follows: 1. Let students understand the basic concepts and practical operations of local autonomy, local administration, legislative organizations, and local politics; 2. Through case discussions, students can cultivate basic analytical abilities in relation to local governments and local autonomy. 3. Help students prepare for high scores in the future high-prime examination.
