教育目標 Course Target
本課成為行政法之延伸課程，目的在協助學生參加國家公務員考試，包括行政類科與廉政類科。主要討論我國與公務員有關的法規、學說見解、大法官解釋與法院判決等，內容包括：公務員之定義、特別權力關係在我國之發展、公務人員之任用、公務人員之權利、義務與保障、公務員之懲戒與公務人員之懲處等。
This course has become an extension of administrative law, with the purpose of assisting students in taking the national civil service examination, including administrative subjects and integrity subjects. It mainly discusses the laws and regulations, doctrinal opinions, interpretations of the justices and court judgments related to civil servants in China. The contents include: the definition of civil servants, the development of special power relations in my country, the appointment of civil servants, the rights, obligations and protections of civil servants, the punishment of civil servants and the punishment of civil servants, etc.
