教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在使同學們瞭解公共管理的理論與實務，提供學生有關公共管理基礎概念、政治管理、方案管理及資源管理等相關知識，培養同學們參與國家考試的基礎知識及未來服務公職之基本職能。本課程第一部分，將探論公共管理發展概念與理論基礎，期賦與學生們清晰的公共管理基礎概念。第二部分則著重於各項公共管理的管理工具與方法，以及前述管理工具在公部門實務運用的範圍與限制。
This course aims to enable students to understand the theory and practice of public administration, provide students with relevant knowledge about basic concepts of public administration, political management, program management and resource management, and cultivate students' basic knowledge to participate in national examinations and basic functions of serving public officials in the future. The first part of this course will explore the development concepts and theoretical foundations of public management and provide students with clear basic concepts of public management. The second part focuses on various management tools and methods of public management, as well as the scope and limitations of the practical application of the aforementioned management tools in the public sector.
