* 詭譎多變的競爭環境中,國家、政府、企業、學校、乃至個人,總是需須仰賴一套’策略’, 結合外在環境的機會與本身條件,創造不可取代的競爭優勢,俾能趨吉避凶,永續生存。
* ”策略管理學”,是一門整合性科學,有具體的階段及層次區分,然而彼此間卻又環環相扣,互為因果,從勾劃願望(願景),擬定短、中、長程目標,檢討內部優劣勢、分析外部機會與威脅,一直到擬訂工作計畫、執行計畫、考核執行成效...一連串系統性思考與實踐,成為策略管理學的基礎架構。
* 未來18週,我們將依循上述的基礎架構來發展課程,其中諸多管理領域"質性"與"計量"的方法論,需要大家花點時間研讀,乃所謂"基本功"。除此之外,我們也會以"專題演講"、"個案研究"及"企業參訪"等活動,來增加課程的豐富性。
* 在經濟系談”策略”,我想大家對"國家或產業經濟發展的策略層面"會感到興趣,去年,在政府決定"定國機國造"的政策之後,我們拜訪了國家中山科學研究院航空研究所,學習他們"如何扮演台灣航太產業研發火車頭的策略性角色",今年將更進一步協調中科院院本部,以參訪方式,瞭解國家尖端武器投資與研發策略,對於總體經濟的影響。
* 國土保育與經濟發展,這兩個勢不兩立而且經常衝突的個體,能否有機會和平共處,甚而相輔相成結合為一,成為國家經濟發展的契機,我們會邀請台灣國土保育專家:拱祥生博士蒞校指導。
* 國家議題、公共政策之外,我們也將邀請另一位佳賓:華霏國際公司董事長陳珮雯,與大家分享他的集團管理哲學,談談他如何帶領著眾多夥伴,縱橫台灣某一產業。企業以經營為手段,以獲利為目的,在此同時,他們也默默承擔著很多社會責任。我們也聽聽看陳董事長怎麼說。
* 我的課程進行,就是一整個計畫的展開,我會帶著大家進行功能分派、計畫書撰寫、預算編列、簽請動支、行程安排(車輛、保險)、企業參訪,也期盼大家熱情參與、分享心得,在期末時,交出內容豐富的學習成果,驗證自己之外,也可回饋給過程中每一位給予幫助及輔導的老師及前輩。
* In a multi-change competition environment, countries, governments, enterprises, schools, and even individuals always need to rely on a set of 'strategy' to combine the opportunities of the external environment with their own conditions to create irreplaceable competitive advantages so that they can avoid misfortune and survive forever.
* "Strategic Management" is an integrated science with specific stages and levels. However, they are interlocked and cause and effect. * In the economics department, I think everyone will be interested in the "strategic level of national or industrial economic development". Last year, after the government decided on the policy of "determining national airport manufacturing", we visited the Aviation Research Institute of the National Zhongshan Institute of Science and Technology to learn about their "how to play the strategic role of the research and development train head of Taiwan's aerospace industry". This year, we will further coordinate with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Headquarters to understand the country's cutting-edge weapons investment and research and development strategies through visits, and the impact on overall economy.
* Whether the two units that are not yet established and often conflicting can have the opportunity to live peacefully and even form one to become a united and become a national economic development opportunity? We will invite Taiwan's national land conservation expert: Dr. Gong Xiangsheng School to guide.
* In addition to national issues and public policies, we will also invite another celebrity: Chen Peiwen, chairman of Huafei International, to share with you his group management philosophy and discuss how he led many partners to a certain industry in Taiwan. Enterprises use business as a means and profit as their purpose. At the same time, they also silently bear many social responsibilities. We also hear what Chairman Chen said.
* My course is the exhibition of the entire plan. I will bring you the function assignment, writing of the project, writing of budgets, signing, planning, itinerary arrangement (car, insurance), and corporate visits. I also hope that everyone will participate in and share their experiences. At the end of the period, I will hand over the rich learning results. In addition to verifying myself, I can also give back to every teacher and predecessor who provide help and guidance during the process.

策略管理是整合各項組織功能之課程,從瞭解問題、擬訂目標、內部優劣勢檢討、外部機會與威脅分析,一直到擬訂工作計畫、執行、考核的系統性思考與實踐,結合了諸多管理領域質性與計量的方法論於其中,配合專題講演、企業參訪等動態活動,期盼能將整個系統思維,潛移默化到每一個同學的長期記憶中。

Strategic management is a course that integrates the functions of various organizations.
