本課程目標藉由授課,實務實例說明,個案討論,情境模擬與專題報告的綜合學習方式,加強同學對創業經營實務統整學習了解,並深入了解新創企業各功能別如何互動運作。此外,對於企業內溝通能力與技巧,加強以實例增進學習效果。有鑑於科技資訊系統對創業經營的重要性,本課程將以國際知名跨國半導體業資訊系統為例協助同學了解如何透過資訊系統提升經營效能。根據以上的學習,課程設計以小組選擇創業計畫撰寫創業計畫書並且上台口頭報告。經營實務講授最後則將同學依企業功能別分組模擬企業運作實務,並加強企業倫理與公司治理的正確觀念,為日後創業經營或就業做好準備。The purpose of this course is to strengthen students' understanding of the overall learning of entrepreneurial business practices through teaching, practical examples, case discussions, situational simulation and topic reporting, and to gain an in-depth understanding of how various functions of new entrepreneurial enterprises work interactively. In addition, for the communication skills and skills within the enterprise, we will strengthen the learning effect through practical examples. Given the importance of scientific and technological information systems to entrepreneurial business, this course will use internationally renowned multinational semiconductor information systems as an example to help students understand how to improve business efficiency through information systems. Based on the above learning, the course design uses a group to choose the entrepreneurial plan to write the entrepreneurial plan and report on the stage. At the end of the business teaching, students will organize their corporate operations according to their corporate functions, and strengthen the correct concepts of corporate ethics and corporate governance, so as to prepare for future business establishment or business preparations.
