2.進入職場工作之前、提早體驗工廠實際的管理運作方式、與職場可以無縫接軌。創造同學的學習價値。

1. 本課程包含2.5學分專業授課與0.5學分實習，請同學務必注意可否配合實習課之時間。
2. 因本課程有人數限制，故選課同學務必出席第一堂課。欲加選者，第一堂課亦務必出席。
3. 第一堂課缺席者將強制退選。
4. 出席率低於70%者，「慧國工業-精實管理」與「台中精機-精實管理」不予計分。
