Proteomics
教育目標 Course Target
1. 教導學生針對蛋白質進行徹底分析的方法,包括:
(1)應用分析化學或生物分析化學之原理與技術針對蛋白質進行分離、鑑定、與定量;
(2)應用生物質譜學之方法研究蛋白質複合體之交互作用或分離並檢測特定的蛋白質;
(3)應用X-光繞射晶體的方法,鑑定蛋白質之結構與功能的關係;
(4)分析蛋白質的序列,或應用蛋白質資料庫及蛋白質微陣列進行蛋白質的分析。
2.使學生瞭解蛋白質分子之間如何進行交互作用與協調作用,以維持生物系統之功能
3.培養學生閱讀及報導中英文期刊文獻之能力
1. Teach students methods for thorough analysis of proteins, including:
(1) Apply the principles and techniques of analytical chemistry or bioanalytical chemistry to separate, identify, and quantify proteins;
(2) Apply biological mass spectrometry methods to study the interactions of protein complexes or separate and detect specific proteins;
(3) Apply X-ray diffraction crystal method to identify the relationship between protein structure and function;
(4) Analyze protein sequences, or use protein databases and protein microarrays to analyze proteins.
2. To enable students to understand how protein molecules interact and coordinate to maintain the functions of biological systems
3. Cultivate students’ ability to read and report Chinese and English journal documents
