0299 - 企業與社會 Business and Society


教育目標 Course Target

本課程利用多語言(中文、日文、英文影片中文字幕)素材進行課程的學習。 上學期讓同學們在課堂中藉由企業營運的個案等來思考在快速變動全球化社會型態裡,企業對社會、環境的影響、勞動(工作)現狀與意義、生活中的製造消費行為、保障生存的社會福祉機能等議題。 下學期則先學習全球化與資本主義的基本常識,並思考社會問題如用用企業模式來解決。利用思考社會企業創業的方式及實際演練,來練習職場所需意見統整決策、問題解決、資料分析等能力。 整學期課程中不斷反覆確認自己在全球化生產鏈下的基點,認知與思考永續生存的生活方式。並利用小組合作方式實際演練職場可能發生的溝通問題。 This course uses multi-language (Chinese, Japanese, and English videos with Chinese subtitles) materials to learn the course. During the last year, students were allowed to think about the issues of rapidly changing the global social model, the impact of enterprises on society and environment, the current situation and meaning of their health, the production of consumption behaviors in life, and the social welfare function that ensures survival in the classroom. In the next period, we will first learn the basic common sense of globalization and capitalism, and think about social problems such as using the enterprise model to solve them. Use the methods of thinking about social enterprise creation and actual practice to practice the capabilities of the required opinions and rectification, problem solving, data analysis and other abilities in the job field. During the course of the whole study, I repeatedly confirmed my basic points under the global production chain, and realized and thought about the lifestyle of sustainable survival. And use group cooperation methods to actually practice possible communication problems in the field.
