本課程是日語專業高年級學生的選修課程。課程目標為要求學生掌握聆聽日本新聞的基本技巧，提高短時間內快速獲取資訊的能力。另外也要求增加對資訊的理解能力和分析思考能力。
知識：掌握理解日本新聞的架構和聆聽技巧; 日本新聞中的常用詞彙及語法;透過新聞了解的日本時事、社會文化等相關知識。
能力：培養學生聽寫難度較高的日語新聞; 培養學生在短時間內快速獲取信息的能力; 培養學生主動搜尋查閱相關資訊，分析新信息的背景知識與可信度，培養思考判斷能力; 培養學生語言學習的自學能力。
素質：構建較為完善的高級階段的日語語法、詞彙以及知識結構; 培養學生如何將所獲得的知識透過日語表達，以達到具備從事日語相關工作的基本素質。
This course is an elective course for senior Japanese students. 本課程藉由觀看或聽取新聞報導，訓練同學聽解能力外，並透過新聞内容，培養同學認知相關的政治、經濟、文化、社會…等現象。
