本課程從體制與外交互動關係的視角出發，從政治制度層面切入來對中國近代民國外交進行的專題講述。中國近代的民國時期，由於長期處在脫序、失控之下，不僅國家政體經歷了由帝制而共和，又由共和而黨治的體制變換，高層派爭也因政權更迭頻繁而空前激烈。正因為此，在對中國外交作研究時，是離不開對中國複雜國內政治的準確把握和深入透視的，故本課程開設，以近代以來中國的政治變遷為主線，從政治體制與外交關係的視角切入，運用外交學理論，對中國外交的近代演進作出梳理和敘述。基於外交的近代演進與近代政制密切相關的思考，課程講述將採取縱橫結合的辦法，也即按時間順序，以民國時期政體的轉換和演進為審視的基線，將中國外交的近代演進納入政體轉換變化的不同階段；而“橫向展開”，則主要圍繞外交政策、制度、行政，以及運作實態展開，並以外交上的典型案例解剖為例，，將體制、機制和實際運行三方面的考察做充分的揉合，以達到構成和展示民國政府外交鮮活圖景的目的。This course develops from the perspective of physical system and diplomatic interaction, and conducts a special lecture on China's modern diplomacy from the political system level. During the modern Republic of China, due to the long-term disarray and out of control, not only the national government changed from imperial to republic, but also from republic to party rule, and high-level factions were also unprecedentedly fierce due to frequent changes in government power. Because of this, when studying Chinese diplomacy, we have no idea of accurately grasping and in-depth understanding of China's complex internal politics. Therefore, this course is designed to take China's political changes since modern times as the main line, and to start from the perspective of political system and diplomatic relations, and to use diplomatic theory to sort out and describe the modern evolution of China's diplomacy. Based on the thinking that the modern evolution of diplomacy is closely related to the modern political system, the course describes the method of adopting a combination of combination, that is, in a time order, the transformation and evolution of the political system in the Republic of China period is based on the basic line of review, and the modern evolution of Chinese diplomacy is included in different stages of political transformation and transformation; and ", mainly focusing on the development of foreign policy, system, administration, and operational practice, and taking typical diplomatic cases as an example, the investigation of three aspects of system, mechanism and actual operation are fully combined to achieve the purpose of constructing and displaying the pictures of the diplomatic activities of the Republic of China.
