The course aims to provide some general knowledge of the Bible in terms of the contents of both Old and New Testament, some important biblical stories that can be used by the writers in literature as the biblical allusions for their writings. The learners will learn how to summarize some important stories in both Old and New Testament and the uses of them in literary works in order to let them know the importance of the so-called "biblical allusions" in literary studies.
