本課程係單一學期課程。乃是書記官與法警考試所必考的科目，對有心以考試為目標的同學，必須認真學習。當然，法院組織法也涉及了許多的司法改革議題，及不斷的修法，所有法律系的同學，也可藉此課程，了解許許多多司法議題的爭議。This course consists of a single course.
