Organic Law of Courts

教育目標 Course Target

本課程係單一學期課程。乃是書記官與法警考試所必考的科目，對有心以考試為目標的同學，必須認真學習。當然，法院組織法也涉及了許多的司法改革議題，及不斷的修法，所有法律系的同學，也可藉此課程，了解許許多多司法議題的爭議。

This course is a single semester course. It is a required subject for the clerk and bailiff exams. Students who are determined to take the exam must study hard. Of course, the Court Organization Law also involves many judicial reform issues and constant legal revisions. All law students can also take this course to understand the controversies on many judicial issues.
