Practical Training for Long Term Care
教育目標 Course Target
依照「照顧實務」、「品質管理實務」等經驗，討論個案照護與評估、品質指標改善計畫及長期照顧機構評鑑等，並透過倫理與道德的自省與思辨能力的實踐，促進長期照護服務提供者的批判性思考能力
Based on experiences such as "Care Practice" and "Quality Management Practice", discuss case care and evaluation, quality indicator improvement plans, and long-term care facility evaluation, etc., and promote the critical thinking ability of long-term care service providers through the practice of ethical and moral self-examination and critical thinking skills
