18、19 世紀，產業革命與工業革命為人類生活帶來新的里程碑。隨著21世紀到來，人類文明再度掀起一波科技浪潮，人工智慧取代多項以人力為主的勞動力，為人類生活帶來了便利與效率。並隨著人工智慧的蓬勃發展，日常生活中可以發現人工智慧運用的身影。 除了自駕車之外，醫療保健、運輸物流、金融服務、教育娛樂，乃至於法律工作等，都開始投入人工智慧，希望藉此提高生活品質與工作效率。在人工智慧發展的過程中，法律與科技形成互動，需要各種專業人士的攜手合作，共創人工智慧的美好未來。然而，人工智慧等創新科技的蓬勃發展，卻衝擊傳統的法律體系與制度規範，衍生許多有待思考的問題。本次課程會先讓同學熟悉人工智慧之基本概念以及目前於法學中之運用，探討相關法學議題，希望藉由本次課程能讓同學們理解法律系不單單僅著眼現行法規範，更要能綜觀與生活、未來接軌，提前認識人生智慧將可能帶來之改變，進而掌握涉及之相關法律議題。18. 19 Century, the industrial revolution and industrial revolution have brought new milestones to human life. With the arrival of the 21st century, human civilization has once again set off a wave of technology. Artificial intelligence has replaced many human-oriented forces, bringing convenience and efficiency to human life. And with the vigorous development of artificial intelligence, the use of artificial intelligence can be found in daily life. In addition to self-driving cars, medical care, transportation logistics, financial services, education and entertainment, and even legal work have all begun to invest in artificial intelligence, hoping to improve the quality of life and work efficiency. In the process of artificial intelligence development, the interaction between law and technology requires the cooperation of various professionals to create a bright future for artificial intelligence. However, the vigorous development of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence has affected traditional legal systems and institutional regulations, resulting in many problems that need to be considered. This course will first let students become familiar with the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and their current use in law, and explore relevant legal issues. We hope that through this course, students can understand that the law department does not only focus on the existing legal rules, but also can be able to connect with life and the future, and recognize the changes that life wisdom may bring in advance, and then master the relevant legal issues involved.
