教育目標 Course Target
設計方法與決策是一門跨領域的學門,其目標就是一種解決設計上各個問題 (Problem Solving) 的方法介紹,以達成設計之決策目標。在內容上,包括:(1)簡介設計方法與設計決策理論的應用(2)階層分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)(3)品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment)(4)灰色系統中灰預測與灰關聯方法(Grey Theory)(Grey prediction & grey relational analysis)(5)破壞模式與失效分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA)(6)計畫評核術(PERT)(7)TRIZ與創新設計法則(8)模糊與類神經網路應用(Fuzzy and Neural Network)(9)田口實驗設計法(Taguchi Method)(10)逆向設計與快速原型產品開發(Reverse Design and Rapid Prototyping)。在工具應用上,係以Matlab、MS-Excel以及相關3D圖形軟體,作為設計建模與圖形繪製工具,使其成為學生在工業設計領域開發的好幫手。
Design method and decision-making is an interdisciplinary subject. Its goal is to introduce a method for solving various design problems (Problem Solving) to achieve the design decision-making goal. In terms of content, it includes: (1) Introduction to the application of design methods and design decision theory (2) Analytic Hierarchy Process (3) Quality Function Deployment (4) Gray prediction and gray relational analysis in gray systems (Grey Theory) (Grey prediction & gray relational analysis) (5) Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA) (6) Project Evaluation Technique (PERT) (7) TRIZ and innovative design rules (8) Fuzzy and Neural Network applications (9) Taguchi Experimental Design Method (Taguchi Method) (10) Reverse Design and Rapid Prototyping. In terms of tool application, Matlab, MS-Excel and related 3D graphics software are used as design modeling and graphics drawing tools, making them a good helper for students in the field of industrial design.
