演奏樂器是屬於表演藝術的範疇,音樂的演奏與人的呼吸息息相關,無論是弦樂或是管樂在樂句以及音樂性的詮釋以及處理,都與演奏者的呼吸狀態息息相關!為了追求在舞台上美好的演奏呈現,大多數的學生主要埋首於技巧性的鍛鍊,卻容易忽視肢體與呼吸在其中所扮演的重要角色,透過對呼吸過程與運作的理論與實務結合,了解如何藉由呼吸的控制來主動影響演奏的狀態與效果。並透過基礎的戲劇練習讓學生更習慣於舞台上解放肢體與內心的緊張跟僵硬,讓演奏變的是一件更沒壓力、自在的一件事。The playing instrument is a schema of performing art. The performance of music is closely related to the person's breathing. Whether it is string music or tutoring music in the musical sentences, musical expressions and processing, it is closely related to the performer's breathing status! In order to pursue beautiful performance on the stage, most students mainly focus on skillful exercises, and tend to ignore the important role of limbs and breathing. Through the theory and practice of breathing process and movement, they understand how to actively influence the state and effect of the performance through breathing control. And through basic drama practice, students are more accustomed to liberating the tension and stiffness of their bodies and inner hearts on the stage, making the performance change a less stressful and at ease.
