Provide students with basic understanding of the following topics:
1. Theories related to culture, industry and society
2. Industry and Innovation Theory
3. Industrial policy theory
4. Cultural industry theory
5. Current development status and future issues of Taiwan’s cultural and creative industries

本課程主題為「社區發展與治理」，將會聚焦於探討「社區為何必須發展？應朝哪些方向發展？應該如何發展？」再者，探討「治理」的觀點如何賦予社區發展新的思維與作法。

The theme of this course is "Community Development and Governance", which will focus on exploring "Why does the community have to develop? In what direction should it develop? How should it develop?" Furthermore, it will explore how the perspective of "governance" can give new thinking and practices to community development.
