我國社會工作知識基礎源於西方,重視「人與環境」互動。環境不同,人行為的理解也大不相同。因此,無論就專業價值、相應倫理、行為變遷知識的移植採借,乃至具體實務技巧的學習仿效,都不能不考量我們所置身的華人社會文化脈絡。其中,對於我是誰、人我之間的團體與社會行為、諸如信仰、衝突、生活適應問題的處理、有關家庭成員彼此關係的看法、乃至人際互動與資源公正分配的觀點,都值得作為人文社會科學一員的我們所深自省視與關切。
本課程是項邀請,也是個開始。我們邀請對學做人、學做事,對我們文化中重人情、講面子、看關係、求果報、隨緣分、信命運、…、愛護弱小、敬老尊賢、四維八德等…有興趣的;不滿足目前僅從表面理解西方社會公平、參與、民主、自由、尊重、保密、自決等概念下所建構出的問題解決方法、模式和理論的同學們,一起參與這項課程。我們希望透過相關主題的彼此分享與討論,可以對我們所身處社會的人和事有著更多的體會和瞭解,更期待這樣的討論可以引發大家的興趣,從而使我們在日後實務場域操作中,可以人情練達、處事圓融的提供更順暢、更有效、更接地氣和人氣的專業服務。
Our social work knowledge is based on the West and emphasizes the interaction between "people and environment". Different environments, people's understanding of behavior is also very different. Therefore, whether it is the transplant and borrowing of professional value, corresponding ethics, behavioral knowledge, and even the learning and imitation of specific practical skills, we must consider the Chinese social and cultural elements we are in. Among them, the people and me are, the groups and social behaviors, such as beliefs, conflicts, the handling of life-related problems, the views on family members' relationships, and even the perspectives on the fair distribution of resources, are worthy of our deep self-reflection and concern as a member of the humanities and social sciences.
This course is an invitation and also an invitation. We invite students who are interested in learning to be a person and do things, and those who value human feelings, talk about face, look at relationships, seek results, keep aside their points, believe in fate,..., love for the weak, respect the elderly and respect, the four virtues, etc., and do not meet the current students who only understand the problem-solving methods, models and theories that are constructed under the concepts of Western social fairness, participation, democracy, freedom, respect, confidentiality, and self-determination in our culture, and participate in this course together. We hope that through sharing and discussions on related topics, we can have more understanding and understanding of the people and things in our society. We hope that such discussions can arouse everyone's interest, so that we can practice and provide more smooth, more effective, more down-to-earth and popular professional services in the future practical field operations.
