本課程旨在提供修課學生熟悉編碼理論、偵測理論及相關技術在無線通訊領域之應用。

本課程提供從事通訊相關領域研究的學生熟悉編碼及偵測基本原理與設計理論，內容主要涵蓋有限場、線性方塊碼、循環碼、BCH碼、旋積碼、白高斯雜訊下之偵測與評估、非白高斯雜訊下之偵測與評估、連續波形之估測、線性估測等議題，並從應用面介紹這些議題在無線通訊系統之應用，對修課學生進行日後之研究或是修讀進階之通訊課程將有實質幫助。

This course aims to familiarize students with the application of coding theory, detection theory and related technologies in the field of wireless communications.

This course provides students who are engaged in communication-related fields with familiarity with the basic principles and design theories of coding and detection. The content mainly covers finite fields, linear block codes, cyclic codes, BCH codes, convolutional codes, detection and evaluation under white Gaussian noise, non-white Topics such as detection and evaluation of Gaussian noise, estimation of continuous waveforms, and linear estimation are also introduced from the application perspective. The application of these topics in wireless communication systems will be of practical help to students in the course for future research or for taking advanced communication courses.
