Sequence libraries that cover all k-mers
Sequence libraries that cover all k-mers,可以全面且不偏地研究這些binding。
1. Biological information is a cross-domain subject, and the difficulty of reading academic papers is relatively high. This course will select several academic papers, which are explained in detail by the teacher, and will be guided into a course that teachers and students can fully discuss and interact.
2. Another goal of this course is to let students understand several newer academic issues.
3. During this period, academic papers related to Sequence libraries that cover all k-mers will be selected.
4. The meaning of the topic: Protein-DNA, protein-RNA, and protein-peptide binding drive almost all cell activities. With Sequence libraries that cover all k-mers, these bindings can be studied comprehensively and unbiasedly.
5. Challenges in this topic: A larger k value can explain these bindings in depth, but face a difficult problem: the number of k-mers will increase exponentially as the k value increases, and the limited experimental facilities are therefore unacceptable.
