教育目標 Course Target
就業力是現今學習後銜接職場的熱門議題，舉凡基本的履歷自傳撰寫與面試準備，到高階的軟實力與硬實力呈現，每一環節都緊緊相扣，除了高度影響職涯發展之外，亦能改變個人的生涯品質。本課程從基本的履歷自傳建構開始，學習撰寫中英文履歷，提升面試技巧，認識職場倫理，進而探索職場生存之道，最後以學生上台專題簡報方式，認識身邊各行各業的生態與甘苦，配合業界專家演講，期能提升學生就業準備，達到適才適所、學用合一的目標。
Employability is a hot topic in today's transition to the workplace after studying. From basic resume writing and interview preparation to advanced soft and hard power presentation, every link is closely linked. In addition to highly affecting career development, it can also change the quality of one's career. This course starts with basic resume and autobiography construction, learning to write Chinese and English resumes, improve interview skills, understand workplace ethics, and then explore ways to survive in the workplace. Finally, students will give special presentations on stage to understand the ecology and ups and downs of various industries around them, and cooperate with industry experts to give speeches. It is expected to improve students' employment preparation and achieve the goal of integrating learning and application with the right talents.
