教育目標 Course Target
1、探索國際關係的基本內在
2、理解國家與國家間互動的基本模式
3、培養跨國與跨文化溝通基本能力現代公民的國際關係素養是非常重要的,如能具備豐富的國際觀點,我們可以預期受教者可能有這些獲得:1. 透過知識傳播,受教者可以參照國際重要議題的歷史發展軌跡與經驗;2. 透過比較多個國家發展經驗,受教者可以綜合整理一般發展趨勢所在;3. 回頭思考台灣的特殊國情,受教者從而能自發構築問題所在、同時思考可能的解決途徑。
為達上述目標,本課程擬透過多元途徑介紹國際關係發展,多元途徑的好處是吸收快、容易引起注意,這些途徑如書面資料、短片、影片等跨文化載體,受教者很快便能進入相關情境之中;但多元途徑需要也傳授者花費更多心力於課程設計上,使課程能持續保持在相關議題之上,雙方需盡可能的完美配合。

2. Understand the basic patterns of interaction between countries
3. Cultivate the basic ability of transnational and cross-cultural communication. It is very important for modern citizens to have international relations literacy. If they can have rich international perspectives, we can expect that the trainees may gain the following: 1. Through the dissemination of knowledge, the trainees can refer to the historical development trajectory and experience of important international issues; 2. By comparing the development experience of multiple countries, the trainees can comprehensively sort out the general development trends; 3. Looking back and thinking about Taiwan's special national conditions, the trainees can spontaneously construct the problem and think about possible solutions.
In order to achieve the above goals, this course intends to introduce the development of international relations through multiple channels. The advantages of multiple channels are that they are quick to absorb and easy to attract attention. These channels include written materials, short films, videos and other cross-cultural media, and the trainees can quickly enter relevant situations. However, multiple channels require the instructor to spend more effort on course design so that the course can continue to stay on relevant topics. Both parties need to cooperate as perfectly as possible.
