當孩子們的聲音與婆娑起舞的曼妙相互歌唱 當作物們的歡愉與慷慨激昂的雀躍來回徜徉 究竟食物的困獸之鬥何時解脫? 如何理解繁華與蕭索的哀鳴鏈結 ? 農食裡有享用不盡的生命泉源 社區村落中能創造更多反璞歸 真的美好 直到承載點滴繽紛與文思泉湧 就讓滋養生命得以感動召喚 因而如是我聞,找回田園間璀璨無比的共享精神。 如果有一張空白的圖畫紙,讓我們擘劃夢想中真實親切的田園共享家園,你會怎麼開始做? 當有些人還在這只是嘲笑小學生的作業時,賈桂琳葛枚(Jacqueline Cramer)與格蘭赫里希(Glenn Herlihy)在一堂樸門設計課程(permaculture)後,與上千名的志工,一同打造了西雅圖的驕傲:全 世界第一座的公共「必肯食物森林(Beacon Food Forest)」。誰說城市裡很難找到田園共享之美? 放眼世界,日本全民推動食育的成功案例、歐美國家的From earth to the table概念牽動對於飲食內 涵、文化、食材、食物哩程的探討。義大利米蘭在2015年的世博會以「食養大地,生命共享」 Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life,著重人能獲得健康、安全和足夠食物的權利。加拿大舉辦第 一屆Help Feed A Hungry Planet全球青年農業高峰會,都與安全食物和社區參與有關。世界各國為 了糧食、氣候、環境、食安與食農教育成為世界共同的議題,參與思考的討論者也不再只是專 家學者,而是如何融入在年輕人的創意活動中,並讓學生建構思索尋求未來可解決的方法。 食農是近年來因應環境惡化後大家非常關心的議題‚為滿足消費者要以短少的金錢購買到賣相好 的食材,農人們大量使用農藥和化肥,用以除蟲和縮短收成的時間,種出又大又肥美的食材。而此舉 造成了消費者身體的農藥殘留和病變,也造成了土地汙染和環境物種棲地破壞。婆娑蝴蝶不再起 舞,鳥類動物棲息的胸襟變小‚土地成了的低泣哀鳴的悲歌,城市變成華麗與蕭索的連結‚身為社區 一分子是否有實現理想的勇氣,讓大眾能早日了解農業和飲食消費的關係‚親身付諸實踐食農教育 的重要議題。 而幼時屈身觀察一草一木‚方寸想像的樂趣是我們童年共同的幸福回憶。田野中有最接近真實的 美好‚大自然土地中的沉穩與希望‚是孩子體驗生命與感動的機會。培養大學與社區孩子攜手體驗 田園的自然美感、欣賞群體的美感創作‚透過詩意轉化形塑成人群的關心,延伸為社區共同的榮耀 ‚才是找回生命感動與價值--美的理想願景。 所以本課程計畫希望透過大學實作課程的融入,配合大學社會責任計畫及社區公民的共同參與‚號 召更多愛護土地的學生與民眾捲起袖子一起投入‚期望達到「自由耕種˙收成共享」理想境界;然 後「享用大地˙回饋自然」,利用落葉推肥,資源循環涵養自然的概念‚轉而以友善土地的態勢,落實 環境教育與實驗,推動社區夥伴食農藝術駐村計畫, 實踐大小攜手城鄉社會服務學習理想;最後 「樂群為美˙感受生命」‚透過教育理想與現地資材創作‚在田野土地中布展‚舉辦田園藝術創意展 演。讓微笑的眼睛,看甚麼都是美麗的風景。 課程願景與理念 一、自由耕種˙收成共享 「自由耕種˙收成共享」 才是真正打破社區藩籬‚重新省思人信任關係‚找回記憶中那份真實信任、互助分享的珍貴價值 ‚也就是課程中最核心概念。 二、享用大地˙回饋自然 自然落葉及枯枝堆肥‚並將產生的廢物回歸到大地‚建立循環教育機制‚涵養 令人親近的土地‚深耕生生不息的能量與資源循環的理念。這樣的理想更能落實於學校教育‚除了 讓同學們體驗盤中飧的生活點滴‚延伸成最直接的生活自然教育‚更讓社區民眾和孩子們直接享用 健康有機的蔬果‚在都市生活中深刻省思鄉村的另一片美好風景。 三、樂群為美˙感受生命 美是生命中不虞匱乏的基 本條件‚也是創造力及生命的發端。一花一草就是創作‚創造與想像的基 礎來自於生活‚藝術無法脫離生活。檢視生活中人與群體的連結‚修復人與人的社會關係。而 能樂群為美‚重新感受生命中無窮盡的能量與價值。When the children's voices and the beautiful dancing dance, they sing each other As the crops' pleasure and passionate croakers come back and wander back When will the struggle of food be resolved?
