放眼世界,日本全民推動食育的成功案例、歐美國家的From earth to the table概念牽動對於飲食內
涵、文化、食材、食物哩程的探討。義大利米蘭在2015年的世博會以「食養大地，生命共享」
Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life，著重人能獲得健康、安全和足夠食物的權利。加拿大舉辦第
一屆Help Feed A Hungry Planet全球青年農業高峰會,都與安全食物和社區參與有關。世界各國為
了糧食、氣候、環境、食安與食農教育成為世界共同的議題，參與思考的討論者也不再只是專
家學者，而是如何融入在年輕人的創意活動中，並讓學生建構思索尋求未來可解決的方法。
食農是近年來因應環境惡化後大家非常關心的議題‚為滿足消費者要以短少的金錢購買到賣相好
的食材,農人們大量使用農藥和化肥,用以除蟲和縮短收成的時間,種出又大又肥美的食材。而此舉
造成了消費者身體的農藥殘留和病變,也造成了土地汙染和環境物種棲地破壞。婆娑蝴蝶不再起
舞,鳥類動物棲息的胸襟變小‚土地成了的低泣哀鳴的悲歌,城市變成華麗與蕭索的連結‚身為社區
一分子是否有實現理想的勇氣,讓大眾能早日了解農業和飲食消費的關係‚親身付諸實踐食農教育
的重要議題。
而幼時屈身觀察一草一木‚方寸想像的樂趣是我們童年共同的幸福回憶。田野中有最接近真實的
美好‚大自然土地中的沉穩與希望‚是孩子體驗生命與感動的機會。培養大學與社區孩子攜手體驗
田園的自然美感、欣賞群體的美感創作‚透過詩意轉化形塑成人群的關心,延伸為社區共同的榮耀
‚才是找回生命感動與價值--美的理想願景。
所以本課程計畫希望透過大學實作課程的融入,配合大學社會責任計畫及社區公民的共同參與‚號
召更多愛護土地的學生與民眾捲起袖子一起投入‚期望達到「自由耕種˙收成共享」理想境界;然
後「享用大地˙回饋自然」,利用落葉推肥,資源循環涵養自然的概念‚轉而以友善土地的態勢,落實
環境教育與實驗,推動社區夥伴食農藝術駐村計畫, 實踐大小攜手城鄉社會服務學習理想;最後
「樂群為美˙感受生命」‚透過教育理想與現地資材創作‚在田野土地中布展‚舉辦田園藝術創意展
演。讓微笑的眼睛,看甚麼都是美麗的風景。
